PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

At IBM STORES, many products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started.

Once production has started, custom-made, personalized, or pre-order products cannot be cancelled.

If an order is eligible for cancellation, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
